Our Mission
Our Vision
The Quiet Strength Project exists to empower women to refuse to let trauma define their future. Through storytelling, education, mentorship, and community, we help survivors reclaim their identity, strengthen their families, and create lasting change in their own lives and the lives of others.
We envision a world where every survivor knows her worth, trusts her voice, and has the confidence to build a life defined by hope, resilience, and purpose—not by trauma. As women heal, families grow stronger, communities become more compassionate, and quiet strength creates lasting generational change.

Our Founder
Mary Elizabeth Fabian-Redding is a Colorado-based community storyteller who shares her journey of survival, healing, and hope both locally and online. A mother, business owner, school and nonprofit co-founder, and domestic violence survivor, she credits her ability to overcome the hardships of her past to the quiet strength each of us possesses and the unwavering support of the community that stood beside her.
Mary Elizabeth believes healing is rarely linear and that no one should have to navigate life’s hardest seasons alone. Through honest storytelling and meaningful conversations, she encourages others to find clarity in chaos, rediscover their strength, and reclaim their story.
We Believe
We believe strength isn’t measured by how loudly you fight. It’s measured by your decision to keep moving forward when no one else sees the battle.
We believe healing begins with clarity, grows through community, and becomes lasting change when survivors rediscover their strength and reclaim their story.
